Our 9” round cake‌ ‌is‌ ‌super-moist,‌ ‌thanks‌ ‌to‌ ‌a fruity, grassy dose of cold-pressed ‌olive‌ ‌oil‌.‌ ‌With a dense crumb studded‌ ‌with‌ ‌apples‌, candied orange, ‌lemon zest, and‌ ‌warm‌ ‌spices,‌ ‌this‌ ‌cake slices up thick and rich. To finish, it's‌ ‌topped‌ ‌with‌ ‌a thick swoop‌ of ‌can't-get-enough-of‌ ‌maple‌ ‌cream‌ ‌cheese‌ ‌frosting.‌ Serves apprx. 8 - 10.

Storing your cake:

Because of the cream cheese frosting, this cake should be kept refrigerated until ready to serve. Cake can be removed from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to service to come to room temperature.
