Cookies include:

• (3) Pignoli - chewy almond paste cookie rolled in toasted pine nuts.

• (4) Italian Leaf Cookies - pistachio and strawberry naturally-flavored cookies sandwiched with dark chocolate.

• (3) Italian Rainbow Cookies - three layers of soft, dense almond cookie sandwiched between layers of apricot jam and dark chocolate.
