A half-pound of our great-grandmother Phyllis’ star cookie, these intricate, hand-shaped and -folded cookies feature a soft cream-cheese dough with a jammy, from-scratch filling made with apricot, a touch of orange, and honey. Apprx. 12 - 14 cookies her half pound. Cookies are cut by hand so sizes may vary.

Bundles of Joy

Got these for my office because I'm a real nice boss. That's not the only reason I'm nice, I also refuse to allow anyone to be bothered for anything work related when they're off the clock, on vacation, or taking the day. And I listen to my crew and fight for their best interests and higher pay. But I'm ALSO nice because I randomly supply treats from Bisnonna, an event which always brings smiles. The ladies were very impressed. They unanimously agreed the filling was really fresh and well balanced. None of us like sweets that are TOO sweet, and this hits that mark.

I saw them sneaking over to pick up 2-3 at a time. Definitely worth every penny. And if you're a boss and also the scourge of your employees, the darkness that consumes their day, the antithesis of all that is good, you might wanna pick these up and treat your people. Give them a little light, yeah? People need joy. I've seen these deliver on joy. Make yourself marginally less of a villain with very little work.
