Torta di Mele

Our take on the signature Italian apple cake, an 8” round cake made with cold-pressed olive oil. With a dense crumb studded with apples, candied orange, lemon zest, and warm spices, this cake slices up thick and rich. To finish, it's topped with a thick swoop of can't-get-enough-of maple cream cheese frosting.

Storing your cake:
Because of the cream cheese frosting, this cake should be kept refrigerated until ready to serve. Cake can be removed from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to service to come to room temperature.
