Our ever-popular Torta della Nonna with a festive winter twist. Just for the holiday, made with a traditional Italian pasta frolla crust laced with woodsy rosemary, house-made lemon pastry cream, and a layer of jewel-colored cranberry curd or bright tangy lemon curd, and topped with a heavy hand of toasted pine nuts.

Known as "grandmother's cake" across Italy, its bright, sweet-tart citrus notes are the perfect way to end a full holiday feast. 8" x 3" enclosed tart serves approximately 10 - 12.
