Fresh fig leaves are harvested, dehydrated, and ground into a fine powder we use alongside an infused olive oil. Made with three types of chocolate, dusted with more fig leaf powder, and topped with flaky Maldon sea salt for a big, thick, uniquely addictive cookie.
