An exclusive fusion of our beloved tiramisu with bright flavors of the season.

Our ladyfingers are soft - not crunchy like big box stores - and the recipe comes from a great-great aunt who first published her savoiardi in a community church cookbook we found in our parent's attic. Soaked with orange liqueur and fresh-squeeze orange juice, then layered with sweet-tart rhubarb compote and our mascarpone and egg yolk cream with a touch of almond flavor. A true labor of love brings dad's favorite flavors to your table.

Topped with a decorative finish of fluffy vanilla bean chantilly creme, and cocoa powder. 8" round tiramisu serves 10 - 12.
