Sfogliatelle, also commonly called “clamshells” because of their shape, are delicate, crackling pastries created by hand-shaping almost-transparently thin discs of laminated dough outwards. Each layer is softly pushed apart just enough to create it’s signature fanned pattern, shaped into a cone, and filled with a from-scratch creamy semolina and ricotta filling. The end result is a crispy-on-the-outside, creamy-on-the-inside showstopper with notes of cinnamon and candied citrus perfect for your holiday table. We make ours 100% from scratch in a three-day process - a true labor of love!

Our bake-at-home kit includes eight frozen petite sfogliatelle in resealable, freezer-safe packaging. Simply drop onto a baking sheet straight from the freezer, turn up the heat, and enjoy this warm, flaky pastry exactly how it's meant to be eaten.
