important notes about your thanksgiving order

Order Policy:

  • The Thanksgiving Menu will close on Sunday, November 17.
  • Products from the Thanksgiving Menu cannot be combined with products from the regular menu or your order will be blocked at checkout.
  • Thanksgiving pick-ups are available November 26 - 27 from 10am - 3pm each day. Schedule your pick-up slot at checkout.
  • Given the busy nature of the holiday season, we cannot accommodate special requests or products not listed on our Thanksgiving Menu. Thank you!

Pick-up & Forfeit Policy:

  • We kindly ask you pick up your order the day & time you are scheduled due to limited refrigerator space, so we may accommodate all orders!
  • If your order is not picked up by Bisnonna's close of business on November 27 at 3:00PM, your order will be considered forfeit. We cannot stay open later or hold your order past 3:00PM.
  • Forfeited orders cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
  • Orders cancelled or modified after Sunday, November 17 cannot be guaranteed a full or partial refund, subject to Bisnonna's discretion.
