Gingerbread Turtle Cheesecake (Christmas)

Our grandmom's secret cheesecake has been a staple in our home for years, and we're finally bringing it to Bisnonna for the holidays! Her signature cheesecake meets caramel-pecan-chocolate turtle flavors and special decor for the season.

Enjoy an 8" NY-style cheesecake swirled with salted bourbon caramel, on top of a sticky, spicy gingerbread crunch. Lined with festive decorated gingerbread houses and topped with chocolate drip, white sprinkles and sugar pearls, and a ring of brown sugar candied pecans.

8" round serves 10 - 12.
