Three layers of light and airy Italian pan di spagna (sponge cake) soaked with our secret rum syrup, filled with layers of house-made vanilla and chocolate pastry cream, and finished in a classic bakery style with vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream, toasted almonds, candied cherries, and chocolate shavings. 6" cake serves 10 - 12 people.
