important notes - by ordering, you agree to the following:

Order Policy:

  • If an item is sold out, please join the waitlist to be notified of any extras! We cannot guarantee extra bakes but we'll make as much as we can!
  • Products from the Easter Menu cannot be combined with products from the regular menu or your order will be blocked at checkout. Be sure all items in your cart have "(Easter)" in the name.
  • Pick-ups are available April 18 from 9a - 3p and April 19 from 9a - 1p. Schedule your pick-up slot at checkout.
  • Given the busy nature of the holiday season, we cannot accommodate special requests or products not listed on our Easter Menu. Thank you!

Pick-up & Forfeit Policy:

  • We kindly ask you pick up your order the day & time you are scheduled due to limited refrigerator space, so we may accommodate all orders!
  • If your order is not picked up by Bisnonna's close of business on April 19 at 1:00PM sharp, your order will be considered forfeit. We cannot stay open later or hold your order past 1:00PM and we will not make accommodations for customers running late. Please respect our time so we can be home with our families!
  • Forfeited orders cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
  • Orders cancelled or modified after Tuesday, April 15 cannot be guaranteed or provided a full/partial refund, subject to Bisnonna's discretion
