Prugna Dolci / Sugar Plum (Christmas)

Inspired by festive holiday sugar plums, these sweet plum pastries are the winter version of our sellout pesche dolci (sweet peach pastry). Made with a soft vanilla cookie soaked in slightly floral, slightly spiced imported Tuscan alchermes liqueur, filled with plum and vanilla bean pastry cream, and rolled in sparkling sugar with a faux sage stem and leaf.

One order is for 4 sugar plums.
