Cannoli Cake

Thank you so much for making this special birthday cake. The cake was fantastic and everyone loved it. Since it has several layers of amazing cake and cannoli filling, the cutting instructions were helpful!
The cookie assortment was delicious as well. Generous portions, nicely packaged for freshness and individual gifts.

Ordered the cannoli cake for a graduation cake and couldn’t have been more impressed. Guests raved about the taste and presentation.

This cake truly was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was perfectly sweet with all the right notes of classic cannoli flavors.

My family was so pleased with the cannoli cake I ordered for my husband’s birthday. Some people had seconds (and the first servings were quite hearty—they made a most satisfying “thump” sound as I put the cut slices on plates). I found the cake to be beautifully assembled and enjoyed the nuanced differences between the outer buttercream vs the filling of cannoli cream in terms of texture and flavor. Loved the cinnamon pound cake used for the layers and found, as a bonus, it also holds up very well to being stored in the fridge for a few days. The stored cake did not become the least bit mushy (as a filled cannoli shell might after a couple of days). I look forward to ordering this impressive and delicious cake for another occasion!

if you enjoy the taste of a cannoli, you will love this rich and delicious cake. It is truly a work of art. The slices were so high that they were easily cut in half doubling the number of servings. Rich but not overly sweet!
