Our fan-favorite cannoli cake features four layers of soft, cinnamon-scented cake stacked between our classic cannoli filling (sweetened ricotta flavored with vanilla + chocolate chips). Decorated with vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream in a traditional bakery style with more chocolate chips and a signature classic cannoli on top.

Delicious

This cake truly was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was perfectly sweet with all the right notes of classic cannoli flavors.

Wonderful!

My family was so pleased with the cannoli cake I ordered for my husband’s birthday. Some people had seconds (and the first servings were quite hearty—they made a most satisfying “thump” sound as I put the cut slices on plates). I found the cake to be beautifully assembled and enjoyed the nuanced differences between the outer buttercream vs the filling of cannoli cream in terms of texture and flavor. Loved the cinnamon pound cake used for the layers and found, as a bonus, it also holds up very well to being stored in the fridge for a few days. The stored cake did not become the least bit mushy (as a filled cannoli shell might after a couple of days). I look forward to ordering this impressive and delicious cake for another occasion!

Elegant and Stunning

if you enjoy the taste of a cannoli, you will love this rich and delicious cake. It is truly a work of art. The slices were so high that they were easily cut in half doubling the number of servings. Rich but not overly sweet!

Delicious cake and great staff!

I have ordered this cake for three years in a row now for a friends birthday and it is delicious! And Nicole is lovely and has always been so great to work with, especially with coordinating pickup as I live a bit far from the new location and where they delivered to in the past.
