Gift Card

I love the idea of being able to support a fabulous small business like Bisnonna by gifting a card to my children that live near the shop. What concerns me is that I didn’t hear anything from them after I’d received notification that the email gift card had been sent. When I reached out they initially said they hadn’t received anything and then upon further checking found the email. I don’t know if the email initially went to a junk/spam folder, it concerns me that there was a hiccup in the process. I don’t mind checking in with my kids, but had I been gifting this to someone else I would have felt awkward asking if they’d received an email from Bisnonna. I’m giving the gift card appearance and ordering process 5 stars, but I’m hoping my comments will be taken into account and contribute to improving the process. Perhaps the gift giver could provide a phone number during the order process so the recipient you could receive a text saying a gift card has been purchased for them and to check their email and be sure it did not end up in a spam or junk folder.
