Loved the ricotta cookies

I ordered the cookies as an afterthought - wasn't sure if the pistachio tiramisu cake would be enough - the cake was magnificent - and the ricotta cookies were delightfully moist and went quickly. I had a few left that I brought home - they stayed moist for a couple more days, but if stored longer, would have wrapped tightly and refrigerated. Loved both the tiramisu and cookies!
