Four layers of soft, cinnamon-scented cake stacked between our signature sweet birthday cake cannoli filling, flecked with rainbow sprinkles and vanilla bean. Decorated with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream in a traditional bakery style with more rainbow sprinkles and a birthday cake cannoli on top.
