Six layers of rich, buttery almond pound cake made with premium almond paste, just like our cookies. Each alternating layer of color is slathered with spreads of sweet apricot and raspberry preserves. Topped with a thick fudge ganache frosting, red, white, and green sprinkles, and a crisp dark chocolate drip.

I ordered a rainbow cookie cake for my birthday because they have always been my favorite Italian cookies. I'm originally from New York so I had my doubts but the cake blew me away! It wasn't dry at all and had just the right amount of jam between layers. Amazing job and will def be ordering again!
My husband's favorite dessert in the world is rainbow cookies. He was supposed to start a new job this year, but due to the DoD hiring freeze, his start date got paused. He went through a lot of hardship as he waited months to get a new start date. When he finally did, I felt he really deserved a giant version of his favorite dessert and the fact that Bisnonna offered a beautiful cake version was too good to pass up. He absolutely loved the cake and continues to crave it everyday even though it's been over two weeks. I brought leftovers to work and everyone loved it as well. It's just a perfect cake. It might be the most beautiful cake I've ever sliced into. Nicole is so talented and puts so much love into her products. As long as I live in NOVA, I will turn to her for my cake needs.
