New look, same best-loved tiramisu! While our new look is cake-shaped, don't be fooled: we stick to tradition with eight layers of homemade ladyfingers, custard, and sweet Chantilly cream.

Our ladyfingers are soft - not crunchy like big box stores - and the recipe comes from a great-great aunt who first published her savoiardi in a community church cookbook we found in our parent's attic. We meticulously stack these espresso-and-rum soaked cookies in between layers of an in-house mascarpone and egg yolk custard with a decorative finish of vanilla Chantilly cream and cocoa powder. 8" round tiramisu serves 10 - 12.
